We are looking for a new amazing member of our customer success team at one of our fast-growing e-commerce projects.
What do we expect from you:
– You have a relevant 6+ months experience in e-commerce customer service (that means you know your way around Gorgias/Zendesk/Freshdesk, Facebook pages, G Suite, Shopify admin panel, Hubstaff, etc.);
– You’re a true problem solver and not just a script follower;
– You have an unbearable desire to grow (financially and professionally) within a company;
– You aren’t afraid to take responsibility;
– You’re able to work at least 4-6 hours a day (1-2 hours during the weekends);
– And you love to make customers happy!
